Registration Fees

Early Bird Discount: March 1st through April 1, 2025    $175

Season Registration:  April 1st through July  31, 2025    $200

Late Registration: August 1st through August 31, 2025 $225

Payment Options

Payment Plan Available

Pay your registration fee in one payment or spread your payments out over 4 easy payments. Select the payment plan option when paying for the registration.
Payment 1: Due at Registration
Payment 2: Due 1 month
Payment 3: Due 2 month
Payment 4: Due 3 month

Bond Checks

ALL players & cheerleaders will need to turn in the following BEFORE receiving their official uniform for the season: $100 Volunteer Bond Check (will ONLY be cashed if you do not fulfill volunteer time)
$200 Uniform Bond Check (will only be cashed if your uniform is not turned in or has been taken care of improperly, other than normal wear & tear)

Fundraising Fee

A mandatory $100 fundraising fee is charged at registration per family. Each family will be given raffle tickets to sell once the season starts. Families have the opportunity to make that fee back by selling those raffle tickets.

Refund Policy

A processing fee of $20 will be deducted from each registration refund amount until July 31. There will be NO REFUNDS granted beginning August 1, 2025.

Volunteer Requirements

During the season each family must volunteer a minimum of:

  • 2 hours per registered Flag football player/cheerleader

  • 4 hours per registered Tackle football player/cheerleader

Parents can sign up to complete their hours through SportsEngine. More information will be provided as the season starts.

Returned Check Fee

There will be fee for all checks that are returned.

Paperwork Requirements

Each athlete is required to have a physical exam completed by a physician before practicing with the team. This is done at the expense of the parent/guardian. Physicals must be returned no later than July 29, 2025 to start practice.
