About the Norchester Red Knights
The Norchester Red Knights (NRK) youth organization has been providing a fun, safe football and cheerleading experience to children ages 5 to 13 in our area since the Fall of 1960. In 2024, we are excited to provide Dek Hockey to our community!
Our Mission
IT IS THE MISSION OF THE NORCHESTER RED KNIGHTS TO PROVIDE A SAFE, POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH PARTICIPANTS CAN DEVELOP SOUND FUNDAMENTALS AND LEARN HOW TO PROPERLY PLAY YOUTH SPORTS THROUGH REGULAR PRACTICE SESSIONS AND FUN, FRIENDLY COMPETITIVE OPPORTUNITIES. FURTHERMORE, WE BELIEVE, THAT ALL CHILDREN DESERVE TO PLAY AND WE STRIVE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THOSE THAT MAY HAVE OBSTACLES THAT THEY, AND THEIR FAMILIES, STRUGGLE TO OVERCOME.
What Sets Us Apart
We are an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. It is our goal to provide a high quality athletic experience to all youth, regardless of financial condition.
No wait lists! We never turn a child away. We will create, coach and fund additional teams/squads to fit the needs of our community and its children.
We offer a travel football experience for all the local school districts for Pottstown, PA, including, but not limited to, Owen J Roberts, Pottstown and Pottsgrove. We are a Community Without Borders.
To provide more options for youth sports in the area, Norchester is proud to offer Dek Hockey starting in Fall 2024!

Norchester Red Knights Cheerleading has rapidly grown into an award-winning program with lots of spirit! We bring enthusiasm and skill to cheer on our players at all football games. Our competitive squads put on fantastic performances!
